1st January 2010 to date - no unplanned downtime nor issues with any email account or website. To date, we have enjoyed a zero downtime on our services to all art71 clients since our 2010 server upgrade.
24th February 2009, 11.45 Webmail issue fixed.
24th February 2009, 10.30 Issue with webmail being fixed to allow online access to email accounts. Emails themselves will be unaffected.
30th December 2008, 02.00-06.00 Re-build of section of server which was under threat of failure. No down time and all websites continued to operate throughout the re-build.
16th November 2008, 02.30 Server move appears to be successful with approx. 80 minutes down-time while the server was moved to new facility.
16th November 2008, 00.01 Our main server being moved to a new facility. There will be some downtime after midnight while the server is powered down then back up. We hope your website will be fully functioning with minimal down-time but ask that you try to give us the Monday to test systems and make sure everything is working fine. If you upload your own data / images please feel free to contact art71 before the date so we can check that between us we have a good system for protecting your data.
20th July 2008, 22.15 Thanks to our tech team for amazing 99.9997% up-time! We switched technical partners 12 months ago and will certainly continue with our current team!
