Apart from exemplary, the one word that sums up art71 and Mike Slater's design, coding
and database work with the netcoverdirect.com website is pro-active. Once Mike gained a
thorough understanding of the workings of our online-only travel insurance business, he
not only streamlined the client-facing side of the business but also automated most of
our upstream weekly reporting to Underwriters and the FSA (Financial Services Authority)
- and created a secure online control center with a set of bespoke tools which help us
understand our customer base better and thereby serve them better. And if that isn't

art71 made the process of designing the website very easy and painless - there was no technical jargon to dazzle and confuse me. My ideas were taken on board and given a professional finish, complete with a touch of humour which captures the essence of the book being sold on the site.
