Windows Mail
- Click on Tools and select Accounts.
- Click on Add and select Mail.
- Enter your Display Name – this is the name you want your recipients to see when they receive your e-mail. Click Next.
- Enter your e-mail address and click Next.
- The next screen asks for the mail server information. Make sure that the top box says POP3 which is the default setting. If your website with art71 is www.yourdomain.com the Incoming mail (POP3 or IMAP) server needs to be set to mail.yourdomain.com
- In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server box, type in your internet service provider's outgoing mail server. Otherwise use the same as in the incoming box ie mail.yourdomain.com. Make sure the check box at the bottom labelled Outgoing server requires authentication is selected and then click Next.
- The next screen asks you for the account information. The username is the full email address for this account. Windows Mail may have pre-populated this field with the start of your email address but it must be the full email address ie yourmail@yourdomain.com. The password is the password supplied by art71. Make sure the checkbox for Remember password, is selected if you don't want to enter your password each time your run Windows Mail. Click Next to continue.

That's it! Click Finish and you will be returned to the accounts screen. Now click Close.
